Shipping & Returns

At Furtastic, we ensure that your order is delivered to your home quickly and neatly. We understand that you can't wait to have your new purchase, so we do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible. Below you will find all information about our shipping and return options.

Delivery Time

The current delivery time is stated on each product page. In most cases, you will receive your order within 2 business days.

Shipping

We ship to both the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping costs are €2.95 for letterbox packages and €4.95 for standard shipments. Orders over €50 will be shipped for free.

Returns

Is your purchase not quite what you expected? No worries. From the moment you receive your order, you have a 30-day cooling-off period. Within this period, you can easily register your return with us via email.

After registration, you will receive clear return instructions from us. You send your order back to our Dutch return address, so you can be sure that you are ordering from a reliable, local webshop.

Return costs are at your own expense (unless it concerns a defect or an error on our part), in most cases, the return shipment costs €6.95. Once we have received your return, you will receive your money back within 5 business days. Please note that the product must be unused and, if possible, in its original packaging.
